BORG5 Antibody (A302-381A) in IP
Detection of human BORG5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BORG5 antibody (Product # A302-381A) used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. BORG5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BORG5 antibody A302-382A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated BORG5, A302-381A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

The protein encoded by this gene is a CDC42 binding protein that mediates actin cytoskeleton reorganization at the plasma membrane. This protein is secreted and is primarily found in bone marrow.
