Flow cytometry analysis of Bevacizumab Humanized. U937 cells were stained with Bevacizumab Humanized monoclonal (Product # MA5-41698) antibody (Yellow Histogram) and isotype control antibody (Blue Histogram), After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

As angiogenesis inhibitor, Bevacizumab blocks angiogenesis by inhibiting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A).
