Western blot analysis of C6 in Rat plasma (50 µg). Samples were separated with 7.5% SDS-PAGE and incubated in C6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117356) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Detection was performed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
