CACNB3 Antibody (MA5-27734) in WB
CACNB3 antibody detects CACNB3 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and CACNB3-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CACNB3 antibody CACNB3 Monoclonal Antibody (7D1) (Product # MA5-27734) at a dilution of 1:1,000.

CACNB3 encodes a regulatory beta subunit of the voltage-dependent calcium channel. Beta subunits are composed of five domains, which contribute to the regulation of surface expression and gating of calcium channels and may also play a role in the regulation of transcription factors and calcium transport.
