CCDC120 Antibody (PA5-48562) in WB
Western blot analysis of CCDC120 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with CCDC120 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48562) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: A431 whole cell lysate; Lane 2: Hela whole cell lysate. Predicted band size: 68 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Required for neurite growth. Localizes CYTH2 to vesicles to allow its transport along neurites, and subsequent ARF6 activation and neurite growth.
