CD105 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry analysis of CD105 in immersion fixed rat mesenchymal stem cells. Samples were incubated in CD105 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46971) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

CD105 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Frozen) (IHC (F)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of CD105 in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (E13-15). Samples were incubated in CD105 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46971) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Lower panel shows a lack of labeling if primary antibodies are omitted and tissue is stained only with secondary antibody followed by incubation with detection reagents.

CD105 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis from lysates of bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line and MS-1 mouse pancreatic islet endothelial cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-mouse Endoglin/CD105 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-46971) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Endoglin/CD105 at approximately 90-95 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions. lysates of bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line and MS-1 mouse pancreatic islet endothelial cell line. CD105 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of CD105 (Endoglin) in 0.2 mg/mL lysates of bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line. Samples were incubated in CD105 (Endoglin) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46971) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG at a dilution of 0.0763888888888889. A specific band was detected for Endoglin/CD105 at approximately 121 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

In direct ELISAs, less than 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Endoglin is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Endoglin is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

靶标信息

CD105 or Endoglin is a Type I transmembrane protein, which is highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It exists on an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Up regulation of endoglin expression has been demonstrated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, suggesting that it is a proliferation associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds to TGF beta 1 and 3 with high affinity but not to TGF beta 2.
