CD169 (Siglec-1) Antibody (MA575133) in Flow
Flow cytometry analysis of CD169 (Siglec-1) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Samples were incubated with monoclonal CD169 (Siglec-1) (Product # MA575133) using a dilution of 10 µL reagent per million cells in 100 µL of cell suspension (CD169); 20 µL reagent/100 µL of peripheral whole blood, followed by APC (CD169) and FITC.

The siglecs are a family of membrane bound lectins (of the immunoglobulin superfamily) that bind sialic acid and mediate cell-cell interactions. Family members include sialoadhesin, CD22 and CD33. Sialoadhesin is a macrophage-specific cell adhesion molecule that is expressed on activated macrophages in chronic inflammation and in tumours.
