Western Blot using CD3d Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80431) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: Hu-T78 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 19 kDa. Observed band size: 21 kDa.

靶标信息
CD3d is part of the T-cell receptor/CD3 complex (TCR/CD3 complex) and is involved in T-cell development and signal transduction. The CD3d protein represents the delta subunit of the CD3 complex, and along with four other CD3 subunits, binds either TCR alpha/beta or TCR gamma/delta to form the TCR/CD3 complex on the surface of T-cells. Defects in the CD3d gene are a cause of severe combined immunodeficiency autosomal recessive T-cell-negative/B-cell-positive/NK-cell-positive (SCIDBNK). Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms of CD3d have been found. Other variants of CD3d may also exist, but the full-length nature of their transcripts have yet to be defined.
