CDC42SE2 Antibody (MA5-26954) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human colon tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1mM EDTA in 10mM Tris buffer (pH8.5) at 120°C for 3 min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a CDC42SE2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26954) at a dilution of 1:150.

Probably involved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton by acting downstream of CDC42, inducing actin filament assembly. Alters CDC42-induced cell shape changes. In activated T-cells, may play a role in CDC42-mediated F-actin accumulation at the immunological synapse. May play a role in early contractile events in phagocytosis in macrophages.
