CDKAL1 Antibody (PA5-112318) in WB
Western Blot analysis of CDKAL1 using CDKAL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112318) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: HepG2 whole cell lysate, Lane B: HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane C: Raji whole cell lysate, Lane D: U-251 MG whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 65 kDa. Observed band size: 65 kDa.
