CHDH Antibody (MA575768) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CHDH in paraffin-embedded Rat kidney tissue. Samples were treated with antigen retrieval using 0.01M Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0), then incubated with monoclonal CHDH (Product # MA575768) antibody at a dilution of 1:200, followed by Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (1:500, red) and DAPI. Objective: 40x.
