CITED2 Antibody (PA5151503) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CITED2 in paraffin-embedded human heart tissue (cytoplasmic). Samples were incubated with CITED2 polyclonal (Product # PA5151503) using a dilution of 1:200, followed by Donkey anti-Rabbit-Cy3 at a dilution of 1:200. Magnification was set at 20X; Exposure Time: 0.5-2.0 sec.

The protein encoded by this gene inhibits transactivation of HIF1A-induced genes by competing with binding of HIF1a to p300-CH1. Mutations in this gene are a cause of cardiac septal defects. Three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
