CKAP1 Antibody (PA5-81063) in WB
Western Blot using CKAP1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81063) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Hela Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: A431 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: NCI-H1299 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 27 kDa. Observed band size: 35 kDa.

CKAP1 binds to alpha-tubulin folding intermediates after their interaction with cytosolic chaperonin in the pathway leading from newly synthesized tubulin to properly folded heterodimer. Involved in regulation of tubulin heterodimer dissociation. May function as a negative regulator of axonal growth.
