CLIC4 Antibody (MA573338) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of CLIC4 in HepG2 cells. Permeabilized with Trinton X-100 at room temp for 20 min. Samples were incubated with CLIC4 Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA573338 using a dilution at 1:100, for 90 min at 37°C. Followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (green) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.

Chloride intracellular channel 4 (CLIC4) protein, encoded by the CLIC4 gene, is a member of the p64 family; the gene is expressed in many tissues and exhibits a intracellular vesicular pattern in Panc-1 cells (pancreatic cancer cells).
