CNPase Antibody (MA572138) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of CNPase in SHSY5Y cells. Permeabilized with Trinton X-100 at room temperature for 20 min. Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 min. Samples were incubated with CNPase Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA572138 using a dilution at 1:100, for 90 minutes at 37°C. Followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes, DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei.

Followed by DAB staining.
