Immunohistochemistry analysis of COX7A1 in paraffin-embedded Human skeletal muscle. Samples were treated with high pressure antigen retrieval using 0.01M Citrate buffer (pH 6.0), then incubated with monoclonal COX7A1 (Product # MA575509) antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000 (40x lens).
