CRLF1 Antibody (PA5-103400) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CRLF1 in mouse colorectal tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with CRLF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103400) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total CRLF1.
靶标信息
CRLF1 encodes a member of the cytokine type I receptor family. The protein forms a secreted complex with cardiotrophin-like cytokine factor 1 and acts on cells expressing ciliary neurotrophic factor receptors. The complex can promote survival of neuronal cells. Mutations in this gene result in Crisponi syndrome and cold-induced sweating syndrome.
