CSF3R Antibody (PA5-28988) in ICC/IF
CSF3R Polyclonal Antibody detects CSF3R protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: CSF3R protein stained by CSF3R Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28988) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The encoded protein, which is a member of the family of cytokine receptors, may also function in some cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Four transcript variants encoding four different isoforms have been found for this gene, with three of the isoforms being membrane-bound and the other being secreted and soluble.
