CSPP1 Antibody (A303-395A) in WB
Detection of human CSPP1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 µg) and HeLa (H; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CSPP1 antibody (Product # A303-395A) used for WB at 1 µg/mL (A and B) and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CSPP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CSPP1 antibody BL12011, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).
