CTCFL Antibody (MA5-49545) in WB
Western blot analysis of CTCFL in mouse testis tissue lysate (15 µg). Samples were incubated with CTCFL monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49545) with a dilution of 1 µg/mL, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG secondary antibody. CTCFL band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: MA5-49545 can detect mouse CTCFL by Western blotting.

CTCFL is a paralog of CTCF and appears to be expressed primarily in the cytoplasm of spermatocytes. CTCFL is normally expressed in a mutually exclusive pattern that correlates with resetting of methylation marks during male germ cell differentiation.
