Immunocytochemistry analysis of CXCL2 in RAW264.7 cells. Samples were incubated with CXCL2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570032) using a dilution of 1:100 in 1% BSA in PBST overnight at 4°C followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (iFluor™ 488) at a dilution of 1:1,000.
