CXCL3 Antibody (PA5-79111) in WB
Western blot analysis of CXCL3 in mouse lung extract (lane 1) and mouse spleen extract (lane 2). Sample was incubated with CXCL3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-79111) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. Signal development was performed using a chemiluminescence (ECL) kit.

CXCL3 may play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. All three isoforms of GRO are CXC chemokines that can signal through the CXCR1 or CXCR2 receptors. The GRO proteins chemoattract and activate neutrophils and basophils.
