CXCL6 Antibody (PA5-116670) in WB
Western blot analysis of CXCL6 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with CXCL6 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116670) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

CXCL6 is a chemotactic for neutrophil granulocytes. It signals through binding and activation of its receptors (CXCR1 and CXCR2). In addition to its chemotactic and angiogenic properties, it has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (90-fold-higher when compared to CXCL5 and CXCL7).
