Citrulline Antibody (MA5-45753) in IHC
Immunohistochemistry analysis using Thyroid Cancer. Samples were incubated with Citrulline monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45753) at 1:100 for Overnight at 4C, then 30 min at 37C, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L): FITC for 45 min at 37C. Counterstain used was DAPI for 3 min at RT. Magnification: 5X.

A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45753 was sufficient for detection of Citrulline in 2 µg of Citrulline conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody.|Specific for citrulline residues on modified proteins. Tested using citrulline conjugated Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA).
靶标信息
Citrulline is an amino acid that is not incorporated into proteins during synthesis but is generated within proteins by the deimination of arginine. Citrulline occurs normally in many proteins, such as Myelin basic protein (MBP) while others, such as fibrin become citrullinated during inflammation or apoptosis.
