Cofilin 2 Antibody (PA5-81153) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of Cofilin 2 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Cofilin 2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81153, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.

Cofilin is a widely distributed intracellular actin-modulating protein that binds and depolymerizes filamentous F-actin and inhibits the polymerization of monomeric G-actin in a pH-dependent manner. It is involved in the translocation of actin-cofilin complex from cytoplasm to nucleus.
