Cofilin Antibody (PA5-95291) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Cofilin using anti-Cofilin antibody (Product # PA5-95291) . Cofilin was detected in an immunocytochemical section of MCF-7 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 5 μg/mL rabbit anti-Cofilin antibody (Product # PA5-95291) overnight at 4°C. Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human 293T whole cell, human U-87 MG whole cell, monkey COS-7 whole cell, rat brain tissue, rat C6 whole cell, mouse brain tissue. IHC: mouse intestine tissue, rat intestine tissue, human intestinal cancer tissue. ICC/IF: MCF-7 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. Cofilin binds to F-actin and exhibits pH-sensitive F-actin depolymerizing activity. Regulates actin cytoskeleton dynamics. Important for normal progress through mitosis and normal cytokinesis. Plays a role in the regulation of cell morphology and cytoskeletal organization. Required for the up-regulation of atypical chemokine receptor ACKR2 from endosomal compartment to cell membrane, increasing its efficiency in chemokine uptake and degradation. Required for neural tube morphogenesis and neural crest cell migration.
