Western blot analysis of Complement C4a in various lysates. Samples were incubated with Complement C4a polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-145473) using a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL followed by HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL.
