Cytokeratin 12 Antibody (MA573227) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Cytokeratin 12 on paraffin-embedded Mouse Eye tissue. Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 15 min. Samples were incubated with Cytokeratin 12 Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA573227) using a dilution at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by DAB staining.
