DBC1 Antibody (PA5-37959) in WB

Western blot analysis of DBC1 using DBC1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37959) (0.5 µg/mL) in staining of HEK293 (A) and MCF7 (B) nuclear lysates (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
