Identifyn™ Primary and Secondary antibodies are extensively validated in Immunofluorescence assays by traditional as well as high resolution acquisition like Widefield SIM, Confocal, Airyscan and STORM Microscopy.
Recommended dilution for traditional microscopy:
Widefield - 1:250-1:1,000
Widefield SIM - 1:250-1:1,000
Confocal - 1:250-1:1,000
Recommended dilution for Super Resolution microscopy:
SIM (Structured Illumination Microscopy) 1:100-1:1,000
Single Molecule STORM (Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy) - 1:100-1:1,000
Detailed protocols can be found below under Documents & Downloads.
