DDI1 Antibody (PA5-89849) in WB
Western blot analysis of DDI1 in extracts of Mouse testis. Samples were incubated with DDI1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89849) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Ddi1 could be a potential selective target for lung cancer treatment. Ddi1 runs as a doublet of 54/56 kDa on acrylamide gels besides the calculated MW 44 kDa.
