Immunocytochemistry analysis of DDX6 in MCF-7 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in DDX6 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49268) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL.
