DMXL2 Antibody (MA5-55736) in WB

Western blot analysis of DMXL2 in various protein samples (Lane 1: 15 µg of Jurkat lysate, Lane 2: 15 µg of HeLa lysate, Lane 3: 15 µg of HEK-293 lysate). Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, followed by peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DMXL2 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Incubation with primary DMXL2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55736) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

This gene encodes a protein with 12 WD domains. Proteins with WD domains are involved in many functions including participation in signal transduction pathways. Participation of the encoded protein in regulation of the Notch signaling pathway has been demonstrated in vitro using several human cell lines. A gene encoding a similar protein is located on chromosome 5. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
