Immunocytochemistry analysis of DNAJC11 in Hela cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in DNAJC11 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144019) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL.
