Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), Hep G2 (Lane 2), Raji (Lane 3), NIH/3T3 (Lane 4), MOLT-4 (Lane 5), COLO 205 (Lane 6), tissue extracts of Mouse Pancreas (Lane 7), Mouse Stomach (Lane 8) and Mouse Colon (Lane 9).
