DOCK5 Antibody (A304-988A) in WB
Detection of human DOCK5 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa and 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DOCK5 antibody (Product # A304-988A) (lot A304-988A-1) used for WB at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
