Western blot analysis of DPT in Lane 1: human HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane 2: human placenta tissue lysate, Lane 3: rat lung tissue lysate, Lane 4: mouse lung tissue lysate using 50 µg (reducing conditions) per well.
