DSCAML1 Antibody (PA5-85511) in WB
Western Blot using DSCAML1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85511). Various tissue extracts (50 µg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DSCAML1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85511) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

DSCAML1 encodes a protein that is a member of the Ig superfamily of cell adhesion molecules and is involved in neuronal differentiation. The encoded membrane-bound protein localizes to the cell surface, where it forms aggregates that repel neuronal processes of the same cell type.
