Western blot was performed using DVL3 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (PSH15-93) (Product # MA571392) and a 78 kDa band corresponding to Dishevelled 3 was observed across cell lines and tissues tested. Whole cell (20 µg lysate) and tissue extracts (40 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), NIH/3T3 (Lane 2), C6 (Lane 3), COS-1 (Lane 4), mouse brain (Lane 5) and rat brain (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
