Dengue Virus Type 1 NS3 Antibody (MA573934) in WB
Western blot analysis of Dengue Virus Type 1 NS3 in non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 7.5% SDS-PAGE, incubated with Dengue Virus Type 1 NS3 Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA573934) at a dilution of 1:5,000 and detected with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody and Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.

Dengue Virus Type 1 NS3 in dengue serotype 1 has conserved protease and helicase activities required for viral polyprotein processing and RNA replication. It forms a complex with NS2B for protease function and is indispensable for viral replication. Its enzymatic roles mirror those of other serotypes but may exhibit subtle sequence-specific differences.
