Dengue Virus Type 2/3/4 NS1 Antibody (MA573911) in WB
Western blot analysis of Dengue Virus Type 2/3/4 NS1 in non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 10% SDS-PAGE, incubated with Dengue Virus Type 2/3/4 NS1 Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA573911) at a dilution of 1:5,000 and detected with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody.

It plays roles in replication complex formation and contributes to immune evasion and vascular leakage associated with severe dengue. NS1 is also widely used as a diagnostic biomarker due to its secretion into the bloodstream.
