Flow cytometry analysis of Durvalumab Humanized. PD-L1 overexpression cells were stained with Durvalumab Humanized monoclonal (Product # MA5-42048) antibody (Yellow Histogram) and isotype control antibody (Blue Histogram), After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
