EEFSEC Antibody (PA5-78555) in ICC/IF
EEFSEC antibody detects EEFSEC protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: A431 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min. Green: EEFSEC protein stained by EEFSEC antibody (Product # PA5-78555) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

SELB is a translation factor necessary for the incorporation of selenocysteine into proteins. It probably replaces EF-Tu for the insertion of selenocysteine directed by the UGA codon. SelB binds GTP and GDP.
