ELF3 Antibody (MA573165) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ELF3 in A431 cells. Permeabilized with Trinton X-100 at room temp for 20 min. Samples were incubated with ELF3 Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA573165 using a dilution at 1:100, for 90 min at 37°C. Followed by conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody (green) at 37°C for 90 min, DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.

ESE-1 (Epithelium-Specific Ets) is a novel, highly tissue-restricted member of the ets transcription factor/oncogene family, which has features distinct from those of any other ets-related factor. ESE-1 binds with high affinity to and transactivates the ets binding site in the promoter of the keratinocyte terminal differentiation marker gene, SPRR2A. ESE-1 is a critical regulator of epithelial cell differentiation.
