ELOVL5 Antibody (MA5-44736) in WB
Western blot analysis of ELOVL5 in different lysates (20 µg/Lane). Exposure time: 2 minutes; 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in ELOVL5 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44736) using a dilution of 1:500 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:300,000 for 1 hour at room temperature.
