This EPB41L3 antibody is useful for Western blot, where bands are seen at ~120 and 96 kDa.
It detects both isoforms A and B in mouse brain lysates.
It detects human isoform A strongly and isoform B more weakly.Suggested positive control: human and mouse brain lysate, HeLa whole cell lysate, Hela whole cell lysate, mouse brain lysate, human brain lysate.
