EPC2 Antibody (PA5-25141) in WB

Western blot analysis of EPC2 in U-2OS whole cell lysate. Samples were incubated with EPC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25141) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 91 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
