Immunohistochemistry analysis of Endomucin with paraffin-embedded Mouse kidney tissue. The tissue was incubated with Endomucin Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-58144) using a 1:300 dilution (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0) prior to staining.
