Western blot analysis of Enterovirus 71 VP1 in 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg) separated by 12% SDS-PAGE. Membrane was blotted with Enterovirus 71 VP1 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-47223) using a dilution of 1:5,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
