FAM53C Antibody (A304-142A) in IP
Detection of human FAM53C by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FAM53C antibody (Product # A304-142A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. FAM53C was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FAM53C antibody BL15063. For blotting immunoprecipitated FAM53C, A304-142A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
